Chocolate Transfer Sheets Instuctions

* Ensure the Chocolate Transfer Sheets are stored flat at room temperature.

* Set your printer to high quality and the media type to envelope (this raises the height of the rollers and prevents the sheet from scratching)

* Insert the transfer sheet into your printer and print the required picture in mirror image on the matt side of the
sheet.

*After printing allow the sheet to dry for at least 10 minutes so the ink is completely dry.

*Now apply chocolate onto the printed sheet (for the best results use white chocolate).

*Place the sheet on a flat surface which is at room temperature. Do not use the sheet on a surface which is cold
(e.g a stainless steel surface)

*Simply pour your tempered chocolate onto the printed transfer sheet (matt side upwards).
The chocolate when applied to the sheet needs to have a temperature of around 31.5 degrees Celsius.

*Cool the sheet and chocolate from the transfer sheet.

*After using the sheets re-seal the inner bag and store the sheets flat, at room temperature

PLEASE NOTE DO NOT RECYCLE PRINTED CHOCOLATE
